Gravtail : Grav theme based on Tailwindcss.

This theme is a starter theme for trying out Tailwindcss in a Grav CMS system. Tailwindcss files are included in the vendor directory and can easily be enhanced.

The main compiled css file is gravtail.css in the css directory. Changes to the set up can be made in the vendor/tailwind/styles.css file and than compiled to the gravtail.css file.
